Okay so the only way I could rationalize the new Eeveelution Ninfia’s… odd be-ribboned design was that it was an Eevee with a naturally occurring mutation that made it go bald on certain patches of skin and on other patches grow hair abnormally and inconveniently fast.

Then I drew it and realized it looks like the pokemon world’s answer to those little semi-hairless dogs like the Chinese Crested and now I kind of want one.

Ninfia belongs to Nintendo.

I like how Ninfia looks. I personally think it'll be a Normal type evolution since it doesn't look like the other types all that well.
